- Software, batteries, or items marked as final sale.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team at support@makerdeal.in with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
- Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
